As your therapist, I offer a steady, non-judgmental space where you can slow down and reflect on what you’re experiencing. Together, we explore how your life experiences and relationships have shaped your current patterns. We also look at what may no longer be serving you.

Our work focuses on understanding the patterns that influence your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. At the same time, we discover practical ways to create meaningful change. This can include improving communication, building stronger coping skills, and aligning your life more closely with your values.
